Visualize your goals as already achieved. If you don’t believe that you can achieve your goals, you will not. To start believing that you can achieve your desires you should visualize them. When you regularly visualize your goals as already achieved, you will start believing that they can be achieved. This will motivate you and encourage you to take action. Don’t give in to the negative inner voice. If you sometimes get a discouraging negative voice which says that you will not achieve your goals, simply ignore it. Know that it’s not the voice of truth, it’s just a fear-based voice of your ego. It doesn’t mean anything and you should never give up because of a negative self-talk in your head.
